INTRODUCTION

R.Tech is an SME specializing in advanced numerical simulations and the development of scientific software.

Recognized in the aerospace sector, it stands out for its expertise in multiphysics mechanics—including fluid mechanics, thermal analysis, thermochemistry, radiation, and materials—as well as in thermal coupling, aerothermodynamics, and space debris.

Since its founding in 2000, R.Tech has placed innovation and scientific rigor at the heart of its projects. Thanks to a team of passionate PhDs, engineers, and developers, it designs numerical simulation tools used by and for the major players in aerospace.

Our Values

Quality of life at work

We believe that a healthy, collaborative and stimulating working environment is essential to foster creativity, commitment and long-term performance.

Passion

Driven by curiosity and a taste for challenge, we approach every project with enthusiasm and commitment, cultivating a genuine team spirit.

Excellence

We aim for technical and human excellence at every stage, combining precision, high standards and continuous improvement in everything we do.

Eco-responsibility

Aware of environmental issues, we make ecological responsibility an integral part of our approach, favouring solutions that are sober, sustainable and respectful of their impact.

Our Vision

Applied Research

To continuously stay ahead and apply the latest research and technologies, R.Tech massively invests in research. Several PhD thesis have been financed, and a large amount of time is spent on internal research.

Several collaborations on National and international levels and research partnerships allow us to advance scientific developments and foster data and tools sharing.

Know what you code, code what you know

Developing scientific software requires both software development and engineering skills. While most engineers can perform basic software development, the design of complex scientific software requires dedicated software development and design skills.

Software developers on the other hand, do not always fully understand the physical background, with the risk of missing out on optimisations, not respecting the imposed coding practices, or worse, introduce bugs.

It is therefore of prime importance to have a team made of both engineers and software developers, which is the case at R.Tech: the software development team and the engineering team are working hand-in-hand on the software development, transferring skills between them.

Our Commitment

Rigour from the aerospace industry

Working in a sector as demanding as aerospace has enabled us to develop a technical rigour that we apply to all our projects, whatever the challenges or complexity.

Compliance with the strictest standards

We adhere to the highest standards of development and coding, as required by institutions such as the CNES. This requirement guarantees the reliability and robustness of our solutions.

A customer-centric approach

At every stage, we place the customer at the heart of the process. Listening, transparency and adaptation are the pillars of our method for building tailor-made, effective and sustainable solutions.

Our eco-responsible approach

At R.Tech, we believe it is our responsibility to fully integrate environmental and social issues into our business. We are implementing a policy of eco-design and digital sobriety, both in our internal operations and in our collaborations.
